I just made my own salad dressing and then ate salad as a snack… so I feel like a champion basically. Here’s the recipe:

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp honey

salt and pepper to taste

Whisk them all together and then enjoy!
